Today's game

At Denver

n TIPOFF: 6 p.m.

TV/RADIO: CSNBA/680-AM

RECORDS: Warriors 7-16/8-15, Nuggets 15-7

Nuggets UPDATE: Since acquiring point guard Chauncey Billups from the Detroit Pistons in early November, Denver is 14-4 and has moved into first place in the Northwest Division. Perhaps no Nuggets player has benefited more from Billups' arrival than Carmelo Anthony, who scored 33 points in the third quarter, tying George Gervin for the NBA record, of the Nuggets' 116-105 win over Minnesota on Wednesday. According to the Denver Post, forward Kenyon Martin will try to play after missing the past two games with a sprained left wrist. Denver is the fifth-highest scoring team in the league, averaging 103 points per game. The Nuggets are also holding teams to just under 98 points per game.
