Magic UPDATE: Orlando concludes its four-game road trip. The Magic don't play more than two games on the road in any single trip the rest of the season. They have 19 road games left after tonight. Orlando has four days off after the game at Denver, facing the Boston Celtics on Thursday at Amway Arena. The Magic and Nuggets split their two-game regular-season series last season. . . . The Nuggets visit Orlando on Feb. 11.
Nuggets UPDATE: Denver, coming off an overtime win against Phoenix on Thursday night, is leading the Northwest Division of the Western Conference. . . . The Nuggets, winners of eight of their past 10 games, are 16-5 at home. . . . They have remained on top thanks to a trade that was highlighted by the homecoming of PG Chauncey Billups. The Denver native was acquired from the Detroit Pistons for Allen Iverson. . . . Since making the deal in early November, Denver is 26-11. . . . F Carmelo Anthony is out (fractured hand).
KEY MATCHUP: No doubt it's Jameer Nelson against Billups, the longtime Magic nemesis when he played for Detroit.
