The Chicago Blackhawks won their seventh in a row, as they got quick second-period goals from Patrick Kane and Patrick Sharp in a 3-1 triumph at Vancouver. Nik Antropov had a goal and two assists and six other Toronto players scored in the Maple Leafs' 7-3 rout of Pittsburgh.

Jason Smith scored his first goal of the season 3:30 into overtime to give the Ottawa Senators a 5-4 victory over Dallas. Alex Kovalev also scored in O-T to give the Montreal Canadiens a 4-3 win over the Buffalo Sabres.

The Washington Capitals' five-game winning streak was brought to a screeching halt with a 7-1 loss to Philadelphia. Scott Hartnell had three goals for the Flyers. The New York Islanders lost their ninth in a row, 1-0 to Nashville.

The Baltimore Ravens won the final game at Texas Stadium, as they ran over the Dallas Cowboys 33-24. Willis McGahee ran 77 yards for a lead-stretching touchdown in the fourth quarter, and Le'Ron McClain topped that by going 83 yards for another Ravens T-D.

The Toronto Raptors are on their second, five-game losing streak of the season after a 107-97 setback at San Antonio. Jamal Crawford tossed in 50 points to lead Golden State over Charlotte 110-103. And, LeBron LeBron says he'll consider signing an extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers this summer. James can hit the free-agent market on July 1st, 2010.

Seven-foot Russian Nikolai Valuev narrowly defended his W-B-A heavyweight crown with a majority decision over Evander Holyfield. One judged scored the bout a draw, others had Valuev winning 116-112 and 115-114. The 46-year-old Holyfield was attempting to become the oldest heavyweight champion.
