Denver Nuggets Roster Report 2008-04-30
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Allen Iverson, Shooting guard Linas Kleiza, Small forward Carmelo Anthony, Power forward Kenyon Martin, Center Marcus Camby. Bench -- Forward Eduardo Najera, Guard J.R. Smith, Forward Nene, Guard Anthony Carter.

--G Allen Iverson said that although he won't decide until sometime during the summer whether he'll opt out of the final year of his $20.8 million contract and become a free agent, he wants to stay in Denver. If he did opt out, he still could re-sign a longer deal with the Nuggets. "I love everything about playing here," Iverson said. "I love the fans. They've been great from Day 1."

--Forward Nene's tough season ended well. Nene played in just 16 regular-season games, missing most of them because of testicular cancer. He had seven points in 11 minutes in the Game 4 loss to the Lakers that ended the season.

--Forward Carmelo Anthony bounced back, at least somewhat, after shooting 5-of-22 for 16 points in Game 3 and saying everyone on the team "quit." Anthony totaled 21 points and 11 rebounds in Game 4, the Nuggets' season finale.

--Center Marcus Camby averaged a mere 3.3 points in the first-round series against the Lakers, but at least his rebounding didn't fall off. He grabbed 17 in Game 4 to finish with a 13.3 average.
